All-European final at MU21 World Championships

Since 17 July 2011 the Men's Junior’s World Championship has been carried out in Thessaloniki, Greece. The twelve European teams have performed very successfully, with eight teams finishing among the top ten teams.

The final on Saturday, 30 July 2011, will be an all-European one. In the first semi-final Denmark showed an impressive performance, crushing Tunisia by fourteen goals. Already at half-time their lead was seven goals. The Danish team were hard to beat in that game showing great attacking, scoring from every position.

In the second semi-final title defenders Germany were in lead over Egypt for most of the game. The northern African team fought back in second half and managed to make it a very close thriller finish in the very last minutes but failed to equalise, allowing Germany to win by one goal.
