Olympic schedule released

The International Handball Federation has released the complete playing schedule for the London 2012 handball tournament.

Throwing off on Saturday, 28 July at 09.30 (BST), the women’s finals will be played on Saturday, 11 August and the men’s finals on Sunday 12 August.

The schedule can be downloaded from the IHF website.

London 2012 participants

Taking part in the competition are the following teams:

Women’s Tournament:

Group A:  Montenegro, Russia, Croatia, Great Britain, Brazil, Angola

Group B: Norway, Spain, Denmark, France, Sweden, South-Korea

Men’s Tournament:

Group A: France, Sweden, Iceland, Great Britain, Argentina, Tunisia

Group B: Spain, Croatia, Hungary, Serbia, Denmark, South-Korea
