The 2015 EHF Scientific Conference comes to Bucharest
The European Handball Federation and the Union of University Handball Teachers (UUHT) will hold the third edition of the EHF Scientific Conference at the Hotel Intercontinental in the Romanian capital of Bucharest on 13 and 14 November 2015.
The goal of the conference is to bring professional and scientific experts together in order to reflect on the medical aspects in the preparation and the game itself, whereas game relates to the indoor sport as well as to beach handball.
The conference's official title is: "Medical Aspects in Handball: Preparation and the Game (Scientific and Practical Approaches)".
Conference topics include medical treatment, injury prevention, rehabilitation, nutrition, mental aspects and recreation relating to indoor as well as beach handball.
The participation fee, subsidised by the EHF, is 50 Euro and includes all conference materials.
The deadline for registration is 4 September, the deadline for the submission of abstracts is already on 30 June 2015.
