Beach Handball education courses in Greece

With only two days before the biggest Beach Handball club tournament of the season, the European Beach Handball Tour (EBT) Masters (30-31 May), other important events took place in Greece.

The beautiful Greek sea shore at Meliti-Issos hosted eight young referee couples for the 6th EHF Beach Handball Referee Candidate Course.

At the same time, The 5th Beach Handball Delegates’ Course was a good opportunity for the participants to exchange thoughts and experiences from their field of activity.

For the third time ever, the EHF also organised a Beach Handball Coaches’ Course with 10 participants.

Altogether 34 Beach Handball officials and coaches from 12 European nations took part at the high level education courses which underlines the growing popularity of the game on the entire continent.

The lecturers at the course were BC member Marco Trespidi and Ole Jorstad, EHF Lecturer Sasa Kuburovic and Helmut Höritsch from the EHF Office.
