Serbia have been confirmed as the 12th European team to participate at the 2013 Men's Junior World Championship in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Ranked as the first substitute nation following the qualification tournaments in January, Serbia benefitted from the fact that there will be no team from Oceania participating at the final tournament.
The 2013 Men's Junior World Championship take place from 14 to 28 July.
France will be the 12th European team to participate at the 2013 Youth World Championship in Hungary.
As with Serbia, the team benefits from the absence of any team from Oceania at the final tournament.
France were the first substitute nation according to the ranking table of the 2012 Men's 18 European Championship in Austria.
The 2013 Men's Youth World Championship will take place from 10 to 23 August.
