Court of Handball imposes fine on Montenegrin federation

The Court of Handball on 29 November decided to impose a fine of €2,500 on the Handball Federation of Montenegro for having failed to timely provide various requested information required to produce the Women’s EHF EURO 2018 media guide. In addition, the provided information did not meet the applicable requirements.

The fact that the National Federation was already sanctioned for a similar infringement in the past was taken into account by the Court.

An appeal may be filed with the Court of Appeal within 7 days of the decision's initial release.
