Two European Cup semi-finals streamed live on ehfTV

Handball fans can look forward to two exciting women's European Cup semi-finals being streamed live on ehfTV, the European Handball Federation's dedicated online TV platform.

The first match is the semi-final in the Women's Cup Winners' Cup, where the Austrian national champions, Hypo NÖ, will meet with German national champions, Thüringer HC.

Throw-off for this match is on Saturday, 13 April, at 18:00 hrs local time.

The first leg last week became a real thriller when Thüringer HC managed to close an intermediate 8-goal-gap in the first half to draw the game at 32-all in the end.

The second match on ehfTV will be the Women's EHF Cup semi-final, H.C. Zalau against Metz Handball, on Sunday, 14 April.

The throw-off time for this encounter is also scheduled for 18:00 hrs local time.

H.C. Zalau will have to fight hard in this match after the Romanian side lost the first leg 15:34 in Metz, while the French club will be able to travel to Zalau knowing that they are backed by a very comfortable lead.

In the second semi-final in the Women's EHF Cup FC Midtjylland meet Team Tvis Holstebro (first leg 29:22 for Holstebro) in an all-Danish encounter on 13 April, while Issy Paris-Hand face Rostov-Don (first leg 23:22 for Paris) in the second semi-final of the Women's Cup Winners' Cup also on 13 April.

As the two semi-finals, which will be broadcast on ehfTV, are also shown on TV in the respective participating nations, there will geoblocking in place on ehfTV in Germany and Austria for the match Hypo NÖ vs Thüringer HC and in Romania and France for the match H.C. Zalau vs. Metz Handball.
